The oscillating feed drive achieves an optimum relation between saw speed
and relative feed speed.The rubbing of the saw blades is eliminated as far as
possible and the sawing of large logs is made easier considerably. Optionally
the sash gang HDE-S is available with a two-sided hydraulic shifting saw bank
system „SV“.

Das Gatter HDN ist für die vielseitigen Anforderungen einer breiten Sortimentspolitik in mittelgroßen und großen Gattersägewerken konzipiert
Für die wirtschaftliche Verarbeitung, bei unterschiedlichen Vorschub-
verhältnissen, von schwachem und starkem Nadel- und Laubholz
kommt das Gatter HDN zum Einsatz.
Durch das oszillierende Vorschubsystem wird ein optimales Verhältnis
zwischen Sägengeschwindigkeit und relativer Vorschubgeschwindigkeit
erreicht. Dadurch wird der Aufwärtsschnitt weitestgehend vermieden
und der Einschnitt von starkem Holz erleichtert. Auf Kundenwunsch
kann das Gatter mit einer hydraulischen Schnittbreitenverstellung
ausgerüstet werden.

древесины хвойных и лиственных пород при различных условиях подачи.
Благодаря тактовой системе подачи достигается оптимальное соотношение
между скоростью пил и относительной скоростью подачи. При ходе пильной
рамки вверх подача прерывается, тем самым избегается как повреждение
зубьев пильного полотна, так и самого бревна. При ходе пильной рамки вниз
подача возобновляется и происходит необходимый распил древесины. По
желанию клиента лесопильная рама может оснащаться гидравлической
регулировкой ширины распила.
